What is leasing?
In short, this is a long-term lease, at the end of which the person who has entered into a financial lease (leasing) agreement will become the owner of the car. During this period, you need to pay monthly payments: they include car payment, insurance, tracking, interest and other additional features of your choice.
What is your form of leasing?
Финансовая. Это значит, что машина станет полностью вашей, когда закончится договор. И никаких остаточных платежей и прочих взносов.

Why is leasing better than a car loan?
Есть несколько пунктов, по которым лизинг обходит автокредит:
- Небольшой первоначальный взнос
Первый взнос по договору лизинга обычно меньше и может опускаться до 5 %. Минимальная планка для автокредита находится на уровне 15 %. - Нет залога и поручителей
Обеспечить кредит залогом или поручителями — обычное дело для банков. Для лизинга они не нужны. - Кредитная история не важна
Автокредит вряд ли одобрят, если уже есть ипотека, другой кредит или были просрочки по кредитам ранее. А если одобрят, то на очень невыгодных условиях. Мы относимся к кредитной истории проще. Сможете подтвердить доход — вряд ли откажем. - Минимум документов
У банков есть стандартный комплект для автокредита: паспорт, водительское удостоверение, СНИЛС, справка 2-НДФЛ, трудовая книжка. К ним могут прибавить другие документы на усмотрение банка или автосалона. Максимум, что попросим мы, это паспорт и выписку из банка. - Скорость
Обычно нужно несколько дней, если не недель, чтобы собрать все требуемые банком документы, затем банк изучит их и только потом вынесет решение о выдаче кредита. Мы вынесем решение в день обращения, а машину доставим через 2 дня.
Do I need a license to carry out leasing activities?
Нет, не нужна. Это описано в Федеральном законе от 29 октября 1998 г. №164-ФЗ «О финансовой аренде (лизинге)».
